amazing, the richest country in the world needs money from bangladesh
So I would venture a guess then that the US is getting a return of pennies on the dollar on the money we have invested in Bangladesh.

What about Sri Lanka? They are giving us a whopping $15,000, which must be equivalent to a dinner plate at a GOP fundraiser at least.
